And I keep a rather informal informal schedule. Don't be shy about sending
me web site change requests late
in the day or on weekends. While I can't guarantee that I'll get to
them immediately -- Christmas Eve would be a hopeless proposition, for
example -- I do keep unusual hours. And the sooner I get your
changes, the sooner I can post them to the Internet.
Choose one person in your organization as your official Internet czar.
All changes should come from that single source, so that I can be sure that
what I'm posting on the Internet is the final version. It's more
cost effective for my clients that way. (And it will keep an
over-eager intern from executing an idea that hasn't been officially
approved.) |
